Shanxi Yu County Shangshe Low Concentration Gas Power Generation Project
The project is located in Yu County, Shanxi Province. It uses the gas from Shangshe Coal Mine and Shangshe Erjing to build a gas power plant. It makes full and reasonable use of mine gas with a concentration of less than 8% for power generation, realizes the effective use of energy, and meets the needs of green and sustainable development.The project invested 15 x 1MW low-concentration gas generator sets and 15 x 1.1MW high-concentration gas generator sets, with a total investment of about 377.80 million yuan, and the annual power generation can reach 324 million degrees, which can save 100,000 tons of standard coal, reduce carbon dioxide 1.20 million tons, nitrogen oxides 10,000 tons.The power plant passed the acceptance in October 2018 and was officially connected to the grid for power generation. The power station also uses the waste heat of the generator set to provide winter heating and domestic hot water for the mine and surrounding residents.The completion of the Shangshe Gas Power Plant marks that the utilization of low-concentration gas in my country has entered a more efficient stage. -

Xiaohuigou Coal Mine Low Concentration Gas Power Generation Project in Shanxi Province
Xiaohuigou mine is located in the area from Xige Taitou Village, Mayu Township, Qingxu County, Shanxi Province to Tongziquan Village, Xingjiashe Township, Gujiao City, with a designed coal mine capacity of 3 million tons/year. In order to make full use of low-concentration gas in coal mines, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, protect the environment, and improve the safe operation level of mines, Xiaohuigou coal mine low-concentration gas is used to build power generation projects.Liyu provided 10 × 1MW low-concentration gas generator sets with a maximum power generation of 7200X104kW * h. The total investment of the project is about 160 million yuan, which is in line with the national industrial policy. The engineering design, construction and operation must meet national environmental protection standards and take effective measures to reduce energy consumption and improve efficiency. -

Shanxi Province Guandi Low Concentration Gas Power Generation Project
Guandi Low Concentration Gas Power Generation Project is located in Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province. The project uses low-concentration gas from Guandi Mine to generate electricity. Liyu's partner Shanghai Aerospace Smart Energy Technology Co., Ltd. purchased a LY1200 low-concentration gas generator set for this project. The project was successfully connected to the grid on June 16 for power generation.Originally, Guandi Mine could only comprehensively utilize high-concentration gas, and low-concentration gas was directly discharged into the atmosphere, resulting in energy waste. Now the high and low-concentration gas can be eaten dry and squeezed, turning environmental protection benefits into economic benefits, truly turning harm into profit, turning waste into treasure, saving energy and reducing emissions, and contributing to the low-carbon development of the enterprise. The project also recycles and reuses the waste heat generated by gas power generation, and the waste heat is converted into warm air to be transported underground, improving the working environment of miners and realizing the effective use of energy. -

The project is located in Shanghuang Village, Chudian Town, Yangcheng County, Jincheng City, Shanxi Province. The project mainly uses methane gas rich in coal mines to generate electricity through efficient gas-fired generating sets, which further reduces greenhouse gas emissions while effectively using energy.The first phase of the project has a construction scale of 2 × 1.1MW high-concentration and high-pressure gas-generating units, which are applied by LY1200GH-WL container-type generator sets for power generation. The annual power generation capacity is more than 9.60 million kWh. It has been in operation for 2 years. The second phase of the project has a construction scale of 2 × 1.1MW High-concentration high-pressure gas-generating units, currently under construction. -

Guzhuang Low Concentration Gas Power Generation Project in Shanxi Province
Yangquan Guzhuang Coal Mine in Shanxi Province is located in the northwest of Yangquan City, with an annual capacity and washing capacity of 1.50 million tons of coal mines. Using the gas drained by the drainage system of the Guzhuang gas drainage station, a low-concentration gas power plant is constructed in the former site of the Guzhuang Coal Mine Cement Plant in Hedi Town, a suburb of Yangquan City.This project is provided by Hunan Liyu Gas Power Co., Ltd. with 4 LY1200GH-WL containerized generator sets with a total installed capacity of 4MW. It mainly uses methane gas rich in coal mines to generate electricity through efficient gas generator sets. While effectively utilizing energy, it further reduces greenhouse gas emissions.
